Founded in 1949, this Mexican movie palace is one of the last of its time. Being that this was one of the only theaters that had desegregated seating from the beginning, this theater serves as a huge historical staple due to the talent thats blessed the stage when performing variety shows. Though the Alameda theater closed just before 1990, the building still exists and has just now hosted a few events open to the public.
