Fondren Corner, as it is known, houses restaurants, offices, artists and even residents on its fourth and fifth floors. 2906 North State Street claims the spot as one of Jacksons first mixed use developments. The building was first built in 1956 and was known as the Dale Building, Mississippis first suburban skyscraper.
