Based on a dream, Torchy's Tacos franchise is known all throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and Arkansas. It all started when owner Mike Rypka bought a food trailer and vespa to tour the city in hopes to get his business going. Now, with over 100 locations, Torchy's Tacos is known to be a taco joint that never gets it wrong, while featuring unique decor in each location.
