This iconic Texas Roadhouse was opened in the old Finckes Meat Market building (circa 1906) in 1979 by Pat Molak and Mary Jane Nalley. As these owners have tons of experience in restoring ld buildings all throughout central and south Texas, this has easily become a hot spot for the locals and a popular tourist attraction. Steaks, whiskey and seafood, all in a rustic setting with a 500-year-old tree growing through the roof.
