Starting from their small, family-operated fishing lodge, Griffin Fishing Lodge in Louisiana, this family decided to create more of a dynamic business once Hurricane Katrina and a major oil spill wiped them out. Transferring to a little gumbo shop, people began falling in love with their food immediately, allowing it to now have dozens of locations nationwide.
