One of the last left in Texas with art pueblo styling, The Border Theater is virtually the same inside and out as it was when constructed in 1942. Located on Missions Main Street, The Border Theater has provided three generations of residents and visitors with the finest movies in a typical border setting for more than sixty five years. As the fifth movie house to be built by Valley theater pioneers, the Border Theater has the historic distinction of being the first with air conditioning throughout the building.
