Currently the oldest deli in Texas and one of the oldest restaurants in the United States, Fossatis opened in 1882. Over the years, Fossatis has handled imported foods, groceries, and feed and has served as an important gathering place for citizens in Victoria, Texas. With its 19th-century decor and all-American cuisine, Fossatis Deli has become an iconic eatery.
